Velitea provides a managed AI front desk service for independent luxury and boutique hotels. This policy covers this marketing website only. For any active audit or pilot, the data terms in our separate agreement with your hotel apply.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum needed to respond to you and to understand how the site is used:

  • Contact details you give us. When you email us or request a free booking audit, we receive your name, email address, hotel, and anything else you choose to include.
  • Basic usage data. Like most sites, our hosting and analytics tools record information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and improve it.

We do not ask for, or intentionally collect, sensitive personal information through this website.

3. How we use it

We use the information to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and arrange a free booking audit.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • Understand which pages are useful so we can make the site better.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising you around the web.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example hosting, email, and analytics providers), and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
